Product Description:
OX-108 is sulfonic ammonium salt anionic surfactant. It is carrier for acid zinc plating. It has good salt resistance, good deep plating ability and high current efficiency. It has good dispersing and emulsifying effect in different concentrations of zinc plating bath, and it is helpful to form good plating layer in high and middle current density area . It has excellent comprehensive performance when used with OX-301 or OX-401. It is suitable for barrel plating and rack plating.

Application:
OX-108 is with very good leveling plating and deep plating ability, can full bright plating layer. It can emulsify and disperse OCBA (o-chlorobenzaldehyde) and BAR (benzylidene ), and has good compatibility with other additives.
1, Potassium chloride/sodium zinc plating softener carrier, which can form bright and full layer in high and middle current density areas.
2,Softener: OX-108 :200~250g/L, if used with OX-301(30-50g/L) or OX-401(30-50g/L), the overall performance is better.
3, The product has stable performance and strong hydrolysis resistance, which can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of the coating.
