I. Product Characteristics

  1. It is alkaline high-corrosion plating process, environment-friendly, which meets the needs of European and American automotive industry.
  2. With a wide range of current density and high efficiency, and the zinc-nickel alloy layer contains 11~16% nickel content.
  3. Good process dispersion and homogeneous plating ability, uniform deposit distribution, excellent metal distribution and constant alloy composition.
  4. The layer color is white and bright , good ductility, easy maintenance, suitable for rack and barrel plating process.
  5. The plating bath is easy to maintain, if used with matched passivating agent, can get high corrosion resistance and good thermal-shock resistance.

 

.Process Flow:

Alkaline chemical degreasing → Washing → Acid degreasing → Cleaning → Activation → Cleaning → Zinc-nickel alloy plating process → Cleaning → Get bright (dilute hydrochloric acid solution pH=3.5~4.0) → Cleaning → Passivation → Cleaning → Sealing → Dry curing
