Description

The FF-7805 cyanide free silver plating process is an environmentally friendly functional silver plating process. It can be widely used in various industries such as electrical appliances, high-voltage electrical, electronic, communication equipment and instruments, aerospace, etc.

 

1 Characteristics and Scope of Application

 

1.1 The plating solution is very stable and easy to control; The plating solution has high current efficiency, good dispersion and coverage ability, and excellent weldability and anti discoloration ability of the coating;

 

1.2 The plating solution is a cyanide free formula, which eliminates the potential danger of personal safety accidents caused by cyanide and greatly reduces environmental pollution.

 

  1. Process Flow and Cylinder Opening Materials

 

2.1 Process flow: Pre treatment → Water washing → Activation → Water washing → Pre silver plating → Silver plating → Recycling → Water washing → Silver layer adjustment treatment → Water washing → Water washing → Anti discoloration treatment.

 

2.2 Cylinder opening materials:

FF-7805: Cyanide free silver plating pre plating solution;

FF-7805M: Cyanide free silver plating opening agent;

FF-7805A: Cyanide free silver plating additive;

FF-7805B:  Cyanide free silver plating additive;

1. Increasing the AgNO3 content and bath temperature within the process range can increase the current density.
